During these unprecedented times we are currently experiencing delays with our shipping partners, resulting in deliveries taking longer than normal. We will continue to work with our partners to get items delivered in a timely manner, thank you for your understanding.
Online Rentals & Activations:
If you have rented or activated devices online at racingelectronics.com for the following events, you have been refunded:
NASCAR: Atlanta, Homestead-Miami
INDYCAR: St. Petersburg, Barber, Long beach, Circuit of The Americas
NHRA: Gainesville, Las Vegas 1, Atlanta, Virginia, Epping, Charlotte 2
For races that are being postponed, customers will still be able to redeem their online rentals and activations at the the time of the rescheduled date. In the event that you can't attend the postponed race, you can request a full refund for your rental or activation by contacting Racing Electronics' customer support Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm via email at email@example.com or by phone at 1-800-272-7111.
If races are cancelled or the event is held with no general admission, refund notices will be sent directly to the email address used at the time of purchase within 10 business days.

As we navigate the evolving impact of COVID-19 on our communities, we are temporarily closing our company store in Concord, North Carolina.
