The Stingray System comes complete, ready to go and includes everything needed for the car, crew chief, and driver.
Kit includes two Motorola portable two-way radios, push to talk switch, car harness, radio mounting box, roof mount antenna with radio adapter, 2-way headset, headset cable, race belt, helmet kit, and driver ear pieces.
This kit features the Motorola Mag1, BPR40 portable two-way radio and rapid charger. This powerful radio penetrates noisy environments and provides clear, crisp audio at any volume. The lightweight, ergonomic design makes the Mag1, BPR40 radio comfortable to carry and operate.Ear Impressions & Frequencies:
When ordering, if you select the option to ship your impressions to RE, they must be received within 60 days of the original order date. If ear impressions are not received within 60 days, your order will be canceled, and you will be refunded. Ear impressions should be shipped to 555 MRN Dr NW, Concord, NC 28027.
When ordering, if you select the option to call or email frequencies to RE, they must be received within 60 days of the original order date. If frequencies are not received within 60 days, your order will be canceled, and you will be refunded. Frequencies can be emailed to re-support@racingelectronics.com or you can supply them via phone at 1-800-272-7111.
Ear Mold Impression Procedure:
If you are getting custom ear molds at the company store in Concord, Racing Electronics will adhere to the following guidelines for everyone’s safety.
Please read the following before scheduling an appointment:
- Set appointment time - We ask that our customers set an appointment time to limit the amount of people in our showroom at one time. Please call Racing Electronics' customer support at 1-800-272-7111 Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm to schedule an appointment.
- Temperature Reading - Upon arrival, we will take a quick, non-contact temperature reading. If your temperature is under 100°, we will proceed with the appointment.
- Simple Health Questions - You will be asked a series of questions to ensure it is safe to proceed with taking the ear impressions.
- Waiver - Please read, understand, and sign our waiver forms to have your ear impressions taken.
- Personal Protective Equipment - We ask that each customer wear a mask while having their ear impressions taken since we will be in very close contact. If possible, please wear a mask that ties behind the head and not around the ears to allow ears to keep their natural shape. Our staff will be wearing masks, gloves, and a face shield for your protection.
- Impression Process - RE uses disposable, single use equipment for taking customer impressions.
